We are constantly working to create easy to sell, easy to support, reliable, quality products. The controllers and software are developed in Hungary and assembled on automotive production lines in Hungary. We are proud that the failure rate of our Predor controllers is below 1%.
The considerable cost of implementing a new product, its technical support and possible storage is the responsibility of the distributor. When distributing well-known brands on the world market, it is common for the product to be sold by competing online shops at very low prices, as they do not spend on technical support, training and marketing. We protect our distributors and as a result the support for our products is excellent.
We support our distributor partners who want to sell our systems as their own brand products (OEM). We know that in some cases we need to tailor the system to meet the needs of a different country, for example. Of course, we can translate our systems to any language.
We provide tailored, hands-on manufacturer training before and after product implementation. We provide a test product and free DEMO software to our prospective customers. We also provide free workshops for our distributor customers' installation partners.
The Predor system is modular, and functionality can be extended by purchasing licenses. Although our licence structure is simple and there are no hidden costs, the sale of licences can make it difficult for distributors to sell. We have created Predor software packages to make it "easy to sell". We have also created the Otic system specifically for distributor sales, which is a simplified version of Predor, and its graphical software is free to download and use.
