Predor technicians encrypt your system, making your identifiers copy-protected. The encrypted readers communicate only with the cards in the system, and the encrypted data on the cards can only be read by the readers in the system.
The NIS 2 Directive is a European Union regulation aimed at increasing cyber security and reducing threats to priority sectors. The deadline for compliance with the regulation is 18 October 2024. Readers are protected against mechanical attacks not by an easy-to-bypass tamper switch, but by an automotive sensor. If an attempt is made to remove the readers to access confidential data, the tamper sensor will immediately give a sabotage alarm.
Our vandal-safe readers can resist extreme environmental and mechanical stresses. Outdoor models are IP65 rated.
